Quick question; what variable makes an item/enchantment disenchantable or not?

I have googled and googled and looked and searched the Creation Kit, but I can't find it...

It's probably blatantly obvious, but I just can't figure it -.-

I think all you need to do is add the "MagicDisallowEnchanting" keyword to the item.
