When ever I play I can only go through like 7 or 10ish loading screens before it freezes. Some times it just seems to constantly load and sometimes it seems to just stop loading.

I did have random crashes but I installed the unofficial fallout 3 patch and that's good but now it keeps freezing when loading.

using fose, unofficial fallout 3 patch, nmc's maximum texture pack. Really want to start replaying this do you think restarting a new game might solve the issue cause I installed the mods after I started my game.
