Was having issues when I was trying to fast travel and the game would go to an infinite loading screen and become unresponsive, effecively forcing me to ctrl-alt-del close the game. However after using this mod, it is not an issue anymore!

A mod called "Safety Load"

has fixed the problem for me, which apparently is related to memory allocation errors. Its a SKSE plugin, and apparently fixes various memory allocation crashes, which the fast travel infinite loading screen crash is one...

Highly recommend anyone having this issue download and install this...

It's on track for file of the month and was on the hotfiles for a week and has almost 3000 endorsemants, but thanks for the headsup I guess.

Yeah I know its got a lot of endorsemants, but I have been reading a few people having the same issue have so just wanted to let them know this will most likely help out a lot...I had to spend about 30 minutes looking up various things to find it...
