Which weapons?

The best archers in Tamriel are the Bosmer, followed very closely by the Khajiit.

Weapons...a bow obviously. Maybe even a sword or dagger.

Most archers utilize Light Armor.

If your archer is an assassin, then one could join the Dark Brotherhood. Maybe even the Dawnguard, but they use crossbows.

wow I know this much, I have played alot of skyrim. I meant specific weapons, specific armor.

If you are a Vampire and take the Necromage perk first, Quick Draw and Power Shot will both be strengthened.

Dragonbone Bow, Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow, a Stahlrim Bow with Chaos Damage and Frost Damage, Zephyr, Black Dwarven Bow of Fate, or Auriel's Bow.
