I became a vampire and it say in my active effects that due to my weakness to sunlight, health, stamina and magicka do not regenerate while in sunlight. This was true yesterday when I became a vampire, but playing today, it still regenerates while I'm outside in sunlight, the hour of 4PM. And no, I haven't fed on anybody as a vampire, if that matters any.

Are you using vampires mods?

Do you have any enchantments that increase your regen rates?

No, I'm on PS3, so no mods and no to regeneration enchanting. Nothing in my active effects says anything about regeneration.
