I am trying to finish the tribunal temple quest line but I got stuck in the rank of adept. I did all the quests they provided but the refused to promote me to curate. When I ask for more quests they just told me I need to be a curate but there are no quest I can do. I double checked it and am sure the skills or attributes are not the problem. I talked with all quest giver but no more quests. Anyone know how to solve it?

If it can't be solved normally, is there any console command can be used to reach the rank?

So you do have one of these favored skills at least 50 (Alchemy, Blunt, Conjuration, Mysticism, Restoration, Unarmored) and two at 15?

No, in fact if you are the Nerevarine, no one will give you any quests until near the end of the MQ.

Have you gone to Ghostgate or Molag Mar for quests?

I did some of the molag mar quests till he told me I have to be curate. and in ghostgate they didn't give me quests. also need to be curate.

I got stuck. I tried every quest giver.

for the worst, the ordinators still kept attacking me, maybe because I used to wear the her hands stuff but now I have get rid of it. is that the reason why I didn't get enough positive disposition of the temple?
