Dawnguard DLC weaponarmor help

*possible spoilers for dawnguard dlc*

I am trying to collect all my favorite sets of armor and weapons in this playthrough (i have never played dawnguard dlc before) and need some help. If I choose one faction over the other, can I still get all the different types of armor/weapons? For instance, if I choose to side with the Vampires, at the end will I unlock a unique weapon/armor that can ONLY be obtained by siding with vampires and thus missing out on dawnguard faction gear?

Also, If I do side with the vampires, I do not want to be one forever. I would want to cure myself and become a werewolf later on. Is it possible to become vampire lord and then do companions quest and become werewolf, then go back and complete the vampire side of dawnguard dlc?

Also as a side question, is the vampire castle only available for a house if you side with vampires at the end of the quest? If I do as I said above and turn into a werewolf afterward, will i lose the house?

Thanks a lot :D

I suggest siding with the Vampires because you get all that cool Vampire loot, and the Dawnguard will send people after you to kill you are stop your quests so you can kill them and take there armor. So you can farm the Vampire armor by doing the Vampire quests and the Dawnguard armor by killing the guys they send after you. Also when you complete Dawnguard you can sure yours and Serana's Vampirism by going to Morthal and talking to the mage there. I don't believe you can cure Vampirism and become a werewolf then go back and do the Vampire quest just wait till your done then cure yourself and do the Companions quest. Castle Volkihar is available as a home when you complete the Vampire side of Dawnguard and I believe it stays yours even if your no longer a Vampire. Hope this helps.

Sincerely,

Prizrak

I worded that poorly, sorry. Yes I would become a vampire, complete the entire dawnguard questline and then cure myself with the companions quest.

So technically you can get all the same loot/gear from joining either faction, but if you join the vampire's you get the castle as a home? That seems kind of lame to join the Dawnguard now.

I also heard that once you reach lv 10 (i just made new char currently lv 8) vampires will attack in major cities, possibly killing people inside. I read somewhere that you can fix this by completing the bloodlines quest. Is this true? And that kind of stinks because that forces me to become a vampire very early on and I kind of wanted to do these quests later :(

All new types of armor is added from the DLC. Dawngaurd (the vampire hunters armor) and vampire armor, worn by...well, the vampires. I wasn't sure if there was any exclusive armor that you can only get by siding with one side or the other (that applies to weapons as well)
