I never considered either OP. I haven't used Windshear long enough to form an opinion, but Vegetable Soup is just useful.

Vegetable soup could be OP, at least if the health regen effect linked to it has been fixed. As far as I know, it still hasn't.

I never used windshear, i absolutely despise the dark brotherhood and avoid that quest line like the plague. It might have to do with the permanent quest-line though...

yeah me too. especially when they make you kill Vittoria Vicci and her own wedding. Astrid and Gabriella are just pure evil.
