Family relationships

I think Skyrim should incorporate a relationship system.

I don't know if this along the lines of the OP but I had posted something a few days ago about creating relationships between NPC's, as well as circles of friends. So you might do something that could either positively or negatively affect that NPC's circle of friends/family.

Or you might even be added to a circle of friends and get favors, trading deals, that you wouldn't otherwise, or the opposite. imagine walking into a tavern and an NPC comes up to you says, "Dunmer scum !!! you stole some mudcrab meat from my friend, you will give that back to me or we will fight"

I see no issue with friends, but family is to me a big nono
