Is there a way to buy seperate DLC on Steam?

Post » Wed Dec 04, 2013 11:45 am

I've played Oblivion on Xbox ever since release and have had all the DLC (Except for Horse armour) and I bought the oblivion GOTY edition (KoTN & SI) on Steam at the beginning of this year and I was wondering if there is a way to get all the other DLC (Battlehorn Castle, Frostcrag Spire, Mehrune's Razor, Etc.) without having to buy the Deluxe Edition.

Strange. I just got the GOTY edition by digital download from GameStop and it came with all the DLCs, and the GOTY edition in brick and mortar stores included all the DLCs. Wonder how Steam has a different GOTY edition...

Steam sells the Oblivion GOTY (Which comes with KOTN and SI) and they also sell Oblivion GOTY Deluxe (which comes with every single piece of DLC)

As far as I know that Oblivion GOTY at Brick and Mortar stores only sell the game with KotN and SI bundled in the package.

I stand corrected.

Even more corrected...it was GOTY deluxe I got from GameStop.

No problem Tim there has been so many different GOTY editions for the game it is hard to keep track of which one is which.

Yes, that was my understanding. I thought GOTY included just OB + SI + KOTN and Deluxe included all the DLC.

My discs are as follows (circa 2007):

-OB disc (not GOTY, no add-ons)

-SI disc (just SI)

-KOTN disc (KOTN + all the small DLCs except Fighter's Stronghold - because Fighter's Stronghold wasn't released when the disc came out).

I don't even know how to spell Steem though. :D

LOL

I have that old Oblivion disk, all the rest I just got in the GameStop digital purchase...and the way I usually spell it would get censored.

I see those discs and raise it with the GotY, the 5th Anniversary Edition and two Collector′s Editions!

I see OP's question has been answered, so I hope he doesn't mind me being off topic. Talking about poker with the game, I once played a game called Might and Magic 7 that had a very cool card game within the game that your characters could play. It was quite fun actually and beat the socks off of playing something like solitaire.

I play a mod for D2 that has poker in it and my old Phrozen Keep avatar is a joker in the deck of cards. Its time for Zy-El poker.
