I bought and installed Oblivion today, and everything worked fine but the game now suddenly doesn't react when I click something on the menu or the journal. I checked the Oblivion.ini and bUseJoystick was initially set to 1, so I set it to 0 and saved, but the mouse is still unresponsive. Can someone help me?

This sounds like a codec problem. See http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Technical_Support for a possible solution.

I can't find the "File Type" thing in my Media Player. I have the german version of it.

I now tried the 2. solution, which is installing the K-Lite FULL codec pack. Didn't work.
EDIT: I have no Idea WHY, but it suddenly works. What the hell...
