I want Roggi to be my house Stewart but he will not give his quest.

*Already completed the Inn Keeper’s quest for Roggi’s tab.

*No other radiant quests are in my journal.

*Tried reloading several different saves, which did not work.


I’m on the 360, anyone have a solution to get his quest to work? (Aside from the obvious start a new game).

IF not, is it possible to just go into the dungeons, get his shield and return it to him without having the quest or do you need to have the quest for his shield to appear in the dungeon?
