So our hero has battled the evil dragon to a standstill and run him off this mortal plane, at least for the moment.
We're hatching a plan to go after him, because...well, because heroes go after evil dragons. Pretty much the 'purpose in life' right there in the hero handbook.
Anyway, since he is a hero nothing will have it but he should pause to speak with every dragon he sees. Some older Nords taught him a new joke in dragon language, and it is really slaying them. Literally has them rolling on the ground.
As he is barreling across the plains of Whiterun his irst stop is some dragon who actually has a name. He introduces himself, but our hero is not really good with names. He just calls him 'bones' and packs him up to go.
Next stop is an anonymous blood dragon. Our hero calls him down with the dragonrend and whips out the dragonbane sword...and stops to chat with a passing thief, who gives him some boots to hold on to.
The final scene shows our hero inspecting the dragon's tonsils as the thief jogs out of sight.
Some days this hero gig just doesn't pay.
