I'm trying to replace the Imperial soldiers (and solitude guards) with the MERP Gondorian Armament (okay. . .?)

However, when I unpack the BSA and drag out a few files into the right meshes folder, I get the MERP armor inside of the imperial armor, and both are inside of each other on the NPC.

Please help, I'm new to this and I'm really stuck.

Why did you extract them?

Well, I have the normal mod installed, and then I downloaded it manually to replace the imperial armor sets. Mind adding me to steam so I can show you pictures? The Black Knight
