Hello forum dwellers, I'm new to the Fallout games and I got Fallout 3 today. I have no clue what I'm doing. So will some of you give me some first timer tips? Thanks.

If you've made it out of the Vault and read some of the messages on the Overseers' terminal, you've read about a town called Megaton nearby. I would head that way and start talking to people in that town. You'll be able to trade some of the items you looted from the Vault for caps, get some better equipment and pick up quests that will help you get out into the wasteland and explore it.
