Hi, I've used BAIN for my mod installation needs for a while now but I'm trying to convert over to Mod Organizer (since for starters its newer and I'm interested in this whole "Viritual Folder" thing. One thing in particular bothers me, though.

In bain, you could "rearrange" installed packages just like you could ESPs, so that if one came into conflict with another (IE Tamriel Reloaded and Skyrim HD) You could dictate which one took priority.

However, I'm not sure if you can "prioritize" mods in Mod Organizer, if so, how?
