You can use a restoration potion to modify the amulet a bit (have to have good alchemy or enchanting)

My question is, does morokei work? It doesn't say it fortifies shouts but in the wiki it says its improperly assigned.

Im told that it works in the PC version (im guessing with the unofficial patch) But i'm not sure if it works on consoles.

Would anyone who has easy acess to the game be kind enough to equip it and see if the shout time changes? I lost all my saves (I brought my brother's old xbox back from the dead at the cost of my saves so i can;t test it out unless i want to do the entire questline)

Morokei does nkt work on consoles.

You don't need the amulet then the blessing. Just the amulet plus Fortify Restoration will do.

I didn't want to get into crafting (except smithing of course)
