they are doing a great deal on oblivion at the moment at my local morrison's store pc 5th ann £7.00 :tops:

will be buying it on thursday.

cannot wait to start playing it/modding it also.

it's bloomin confusing though this new windows 8

also looking forward to be able to try the graphical mod for morrowind too (the dell wasn't powerful enough to run it.

unfortunately i don't think skyrim will run though (it's a £300 toshiba satellite C50A-19T MODEL (i think) that i bought from argos today.nice laptop imho (didn't have the funds to buy a good un

have been playing oblivion on and off on my 360 for a fair few years now,and skyrim too.

p.s it's good to be back here (as i quit my 3 mobile contract a few months ago).

merry christmas to you all by the way :D

Get someone to install Skyrim for a test drive. My son plays it on a laptop. His may have been a "good'un" but now it's also an "old'un" so your new "cheap'un" may just work.

Welcome back!

I am also on Windows 8, and it's confusing because all of this stuff is new to me. It's also funny because whenever I'm reading about mods and moding, everything out there seems to have been written for XP or 7 or some other version. :brokencomputer: Since I'm a n0.0b, it's like trying to speak a foreign language, but I'm living in a different section of a new country compared to everyone else, therefore the dialect they use does not always translate exactly to the language I am learning.

,,,BUT....I managed to get some mods into Sims 3. That's a start, at least. :user:

Welcome back racefaceec90. What on earth is that animal in your profile pic? Looks like a bat.
