Simply won't start : IV

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Full (64bit)
2nd - Regardless of how I start the game, the launcher works perfectly and as it should, clicking black I may get a split second blackscreen, and If lucky start to see the start of the Bethesda intro. GOTY (from Steam), no mods, all the DLC checked and unchecked as well, ran the verify cache. Idea? Sure I've gotten it to run on this system before. Morrowind and Skyrim run without issue. Should mention, no error message, just thrown out if I can even get the start of the intro.
