Does anyone know how to solve it? I seem to be unable to save the cleaned esp <.<

I do not believe that is the proper procedure for cleaning mods. IIRC, choose the esp with dirty edit and clean it one at a time. You can find out which mods are dirty from BOSS but remember some are intentional and if cleaned it will not function.

it is the correct procedure:
That's what I do.
Install battlehorn
open boss
Open tesedit
Choose Oblivion.esp + Battlehorncastle.esp
Rightclick battlehorncastle.esp and click "apply filter for cleaning"
Remove Identical to master records
Undelete and disable references
I close tesedit - this happens.

I dont think you should "choose" Oblivion.esm. Shouldn't you just choose Battlehorn.esp and then let TES4edit choose its masters?

From when was it automated?

Anyway, shouldn't make much difference. BEcause it loads oblivion.esm anyway

Tried without checking oblivion.esm but the error still persists
