It seems to be every time I start a new game and attempt to do the skyrim civil war I am disabled from doing so by a bug whether it be the Stormcloak "Reporting In" bug or the Imperial stuck on Battle for Whiterun bug, I have tried every console command suggested and even went as far to try those not suggested. If your going to simply respond did you try loading a previous save? Then don't because of course I have tried. I am here because this is a serious issue and obstacle for me and it almost ruins my skyrim gaming experience. I would love to know if anybody can solve it for me, I think the problem lies with me being behind maybe in a update or maybe installing a corrupt update that is bugging it out. But I have purchased the game on steam so it should be normally updating. I have installed a few mods but I have also played the civil war quest lines before, and it has been a problem for the past few months. Meaning it hasn't always been like this, so I beg of anybody who can input intelligent suggestions to help me solve my issue.
