Crash To Deskopt After a while and Textures Pink : V

I have 2 problems that are driving me crazy for 2 years , I have Skyrim smoothly without any mod installed , only SkyIU .

Then after a while, about 20-30 minutes of play , the game CTD me for no reason of error , I've done EVERYTHING they said on the net, everything, and I do not know where to turn .

Can anyone help me ? (Below I will lay the requirements of my system )

My second problem is the Textures Rose, I do not know why as I said above I have no mods installed , always after a bit of play, so around 30-40 minutes into the game , it happens.

What is the cause ?

The system requirements that I have, I do not remember right now ( because I'm a PC to a friend of mine ) so now I put them generic , when returning home after more specific .

You have that particularly problem (CTD) for two years after 20-30 minutes of playing ????

Other games working fine after 30 minutes of playing ????

Have you installed the skyrim unofficial patch, or if you have the DLC's, the unofficial patch for those too ????

32 bit Operating System and most likely all your resources being used up when playing. Turn off background applications you do not need when playing Skyrim, or use GameBooster.
