Ok, so I was just playing Morrowind, and a long time ago I accidently hit Hasphat with the silver staff you find in his little room in the Balmora Guild of Fighters, so every time I enter the Fighters Guild, he attacks me, even though I paid the fine for assault, so I just tgm every time I go there and ignore him. Then, much later, I decided I would start the main quest, and found out he is part of the first quest, and I can't get him to stop trying to fight with me. Please help?

Try this. Open the console and enter "hasphat antabolis"->stopcombat.

You can try staying out of the fighters guild for about a week in game time and he should reset. If not you can always do what yasgur said.
