HI everyone. So for some reason in Morroiwnd, my water looks really weird. In vanilla Morrowind, the water looks great, which is why this is such a bother. Instead of the reflective normal water, it is kind of white-blue and looks bad. I though this was a mod related thing, like MGE or something, so i unisntalled all mods (I was planning on it anyway), and deleted the morrowind folder, and reinstalled. Unfortunately this did not help and it still looks bad. I am running on Windows 7 with a GeForce GTX 660 card. In the Launcher, go to Options and set Pixel Shading to On.
