Have a look at http://http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mxl59pFXhTU Sir. First part of a comprehensive review of the major ENBs for Skyrim.
By the always on form Gophervids.
Best to play around with each mod then run FRAPS or an FPS counter mod to see what the pull is on your resources.
Which also depends on what other mods you have installed, processor and Graphics card..
My advice Sir?
Buy the cheapest RAM for the money but always the best Graphics card you can afford.
You might want to try "I Can't Believe It's Not ENB" mod, instead of a true ENB. Either that, or use the performance version of any ENB you choose, such as RealVision. Just saying, a fully decked out ENB is going to hit your performance hard and I'm not sure you have a card that can handle it on max settings. The I Can't Believe... mod looks great, though, my friend uses it and I recommend it. Also, RealVision ENB Option B - Performance would be great for you as well. Check out my YouTube channel to see a video of a before and after using RealVision Option B. Looks amazing!
If you have not played Skyrim on the pc yet.
I would focus first on getting the game running smoothly first and seeing about getting mods installed running smoothly if you plan on using them.
Also there are a lot of options for Weather and lighting mods for Skyrim and they might do the job and they are usually less of a resource user than an enb.
Your card might not be strong enough to use a lot of the features of an enb since the card only has 1 gig, but ENB Boost might still work well but ENB Boost is still better with more ram on the video card.
