Buggy quest stages in "Forbidden Legend" quest : V

Somehow my quest stages in the quest "Forbidden Legend" got bugged, i have stage 7 and 100 at the same time.

Can this be fixed through console?

here's the solution:

Alright, this is what worked:

before picking up the last piece:

Setstage dunGauldursonQST 31

Setstage dunGauldursonQST 32

pick up the last amulet fragment

Setstage dunGauldursonQST 33

Setstage dunGauldursonQST 100

go to reachwater rock, the metal gate is now open, no "tcl" needed, and the 4 blue ghosts are not anywhere to see in the room with the re-forger

place the pieces in the re-forger, fight the dudes, and get the amulet after you've beaten them
