I've run across some kind of bug where when I read this Black Book for the Winds of Change it just opens and doesnt do anything. Is there some console command I could use to force start the event or just teleport me to the event? And if so does anyone know what it is I've tried the CoC thing but I couldnt find the name of the location.

Are you in the "Final Descent" quest ????

Na, I've finished Final Descent. I did have to drop the book via the console one time because I had the conjure sword bug so I had to clean out my inventory. I had not tried to go back into it since then until recently so not sure if that might have done something to unflag it.
