Yesterday I created my role-playing Dwemer as a High Elf. Right now I'm level 8 and my destruction magic is working great with me so far and I'm loving the character, but inside I'm still arguing with myself, that I should have chosen to play as a Dunmer.

But I always look back at the Dunmer is Solstheim wearing the Telvanni robes and they seem so fitting for the part: http://i.imgur.com/fm4Owbs.jpg

I really don't want to start over, but I would like to see the people's opinion on which race is better with both looks and overall lore. Hopefully that will help me get rid of this internal fighting that's been going on for a day. Also, forget about the conflicts the Dwemer had with both these races, that doesn't matter to me here

Oh, it's the same thing, if you're having fun with it, why restart?

Though in Morrowind, the Dwarven ghost were around Bosmer size, with beards. Unless my memories fuzzy.

I'd say dunmer, due to that picture (Very cool pic btw)

Though...the more I stare at it...looks like it could be both...

The height yes the same as Bosmer, but they looked like Dark Elves a bit.

I'm probably gonna end up keeping the character, but it still bothers me a bit inside. I'd just like to know from the populous what they would prefer, and I think I'll be better :3

Oh yea, they looked way more like Dunmer. I say keep it!

That picture it self looks a lot like an Altmer, can always say your dwemer got a growth spurt

Okay then, I say stick with the Altmer! :3 , If there were some kind of crown and you gave your Altmer a beard, he'd look close to that pic (The Telvanni robes would make it perfect too)

I probably would have went with Dunmer since their skin tone is closer but Altmer fit their facial features a bit more.

The last living dwemer. I think a fat Nord might make the most accurate facsimile.

Exactly what I was thinking, they're like a mix of both. I didn't chose Dunmer at first because their skin was all wrinkly and creepy.
