I finally got archer up to 100 and the bullseye perk. Enemy has an 15% chance of getting paralyzed.

This works nice and has saved me many times in shootouts with overlords and other bosses, yes it work on undead and other who are immune to poison.

But it has some strange effects like then you get killcam, arrow misses and target is still paralyzed.

Shoot on bear above me, misses but it get paralyzed and roll just past me and continues, not sure if it died or just went out of range for the enemy tracker.

However wonder why this was not done as an invisible enchant on bow to avoid this comedy.

The paralysis effect hits the target you have aimed at as soon as you release an arrow, which is why I never pick the perk.

Explains why I misses on long shots, still the bear looses on timeout and I missed bear bowling from Oblivion.

Has to aim lower.
