Ok so ihave installed the dawnguard patch and the vampires started attacking whiterun, there was a real big attack and the Warmaiden's kepeers has dies, also belethor's general goods has died, and also a frost dragon attacked riverwood, killing alvor, now its been 25-30 ingame days that the shops are closed or theyre empty, how do i bring them back?:C

If you are on PC then there is a console command but I'm not sure if it works properly.
If you are on console then you are going to have to accept they are dead and carry on.
