So I've been struggling to find something for my good (male) werewolf character. I've gone from the Dawnguard heavy armor, to nordic carved, to steel plate, to steel armor, and even the wolf armor. I'm also not sure if I want to keep his current build. He's heavy armor, one hand, and restoration (healing spells and the few sun spells from Dawnguard). Probably a simple paladin of sorts. This is just for role playing purposes, although I would like something with at least mid game defense (around steel plate for instance).

But to be more specific I'm trying to find something that might represent his good nature (or his sort of paladin thing going on), while at the same time representing the beast within (something wolfish: wolf designs/ markings, fur, etc). I tried doing a mashup of the steel plate and the savior's hide armor, but....still wasn't satisfied with it in the end (I made it in blender, so its not just savior's hide with the steel plate gauntlets and boots).

Also he's not in the companions, since I use the Moonlight Tales mod for werewolves so I don't have to depend on joining the guild for such a character.

So does anyone have some suggestions? Any favorites for werewolf characters? I'm welcome to mods as well, since I got Skyrim for pc, and love mods anyways.

The only mod I've seen was the "werewolf lord armor" but that is for the transformed state...Nordic carved would be bad ass for a werewolf imo.

Since your on the PC and are not afraid of modding I suggest going to the Skyrim nexus site. Look for an armor mod called Immersive Armors. I bet you'll find what your looking for there. Otherwise also on Nexus is Aesir quest and armor mod. It has equipable skulls you can put on shoulder pieces, wear animal furs and even snow shoes. And there is the Mantle of the Silver-Hand. Allows you to wear a werewolf head... pretty cool but more of an anti werewolf character.

But your best bet is Immersive Armors.

Only downside is that I think you can only get either the hide or Hircines ring
