I can play the game just fine. I can access bodies and interact with stuff. I cannot however, use my character menu. I can't use the quest menu either. I've tried deleting my game data and reinstalling. I even tried getting a new disc. Any ideas?

Problems may arise if you have been playing the game for an extended period of time. Let the system cool down, then try running the game.

You can try older saves , if they working fine, and not having that particular problem.

If you find a working save, go the to the menu and disable the autosave feature. (all of them). Make a new manual save instead.

Proceed then with that save...Keep not to much saves on your console, it may slow your system down. (make a backup on a external drive, or usb device.)

And do not override saves. Sooner or later some saves will be corrupt.
