Redguard, First race I ever played. I picked them because i thought they looked cool and it kind of stuck.

I also really like Dunmer and Orcs.

No apologies needed. And to every person his tastes. Dwemer were indeed quite 'cruel'. But we do not know that much on how they interacted among one another. Unless you believe Marobar Sul's ancient nonsensical tales. We know much more about what things they did to others. Of course, all in the name of science

Orcs because it's a nice change from the typical "evil twisted mutated elf" lore you usually get.
Now, they're elves who were tricked by an Aedra, who turned into a Daedra, and for believing his lies were changed into Orsimer.
And instead of being evil, they're misunderstood, intelligent beings who are capable of emotion and friendship.

Add to that, they're bad ass looking, and I like their Beserk ability.

So yah, Orcs are my favorite.
