So when I first bought my game I did not mind the region until I decided to and it was Region 3 "Korean"

And right now I really do want to play a little with some of the DLC's but unfortunately I can't make a Korean PSN Account for some reason it gives me and error,anyway I wonder If I make a japanese PSN account well it work?

I hope I get some responses ASAP

Actually it should if your game are region 3 and your dlc's as well.

For example: If you have a Disk purchased from North America (region 1), you will need a PSN ID created for region 1, and content purchased that is region 1 (purchased on the PSN Store with a region 1 PSN ID) in order to be able to play.

This will work regardless of the region you live in.

-----------------Because:

The PS3 is region free for disc based games only. All DLC is region locked, and has been since PSN first launched. So...if you have the game on region 3 you should buy or have a Korean version of the DLC's.
