I noticed that there are these huge black patches on most of my skill screen.

I don't think I've ever experienced this issue before or at least I've never noticed it. It only occurs in the cellar of heljarchen hall. I've checked it in the main floor, outside of the house, in windhelm and in solstheim. It ONLY happens in the cellar.
