You dont need permission. There arent any copyrights for doing a Lets Play.

You just cant advertise it by making a post/thread. You can, however, link your videos in your sig.

There's gobs of great videos of Skyrim play on Youtube: quests, mods, and outtakes like Skyrim Cops and 100 Ways to Die in Skyrim (or "if you're going to teabag a dead troll, make sure there's not another one coming up behind you")
