ES: Redguard?

Post » Mon Dec 23, 2013 12:18 am

So i've heard a lot of things about an Elder Scrolls: Redguard game, but I've never actually seen it. I've actually only heard of it a couple times, but it seems like a really general thing. I heard that it was a possible DLC for Skyrim, but that can't be it because I just took the poll put on here by bethesda and one of the "First ES game" question options was Redguard. What is it? Can anyone explain it to me plz??

The rumor was just blown out of context when all Bethesda was doing was renewing an old trademark of an old game.

Sure thing :D

Ya, it was part of a spinoff series that Bethesda tried to do called "The Elder Scrolls Adventures". It is canon, though.

Yeah the gameplay didn't look too fun, but maybe TESV just spoiled the older games for me :D

It was a very heavy story based action game I only wish that it had succeeded more so that we could have gotten the sequel 'the eye of argonia'.

I actually would play that if they decided to give it a remake. Doesn't have to be a perfect remake with up-to-date graphics, but something that doesn't look that aged.

The idea of "Elder Scrolls Adventures" just appeals so much to me, I really wish they tried it again. With this generation's audience, it should be a sure hit. They're good ways to flesh out the story without having the constraint of complete open-ended sandbox, ya know? And they could be set in smaller areas lore-wise, letting them flesh out the world a lot more (just imagine an Imperial City the size of an Assassin's Creed/GTA game...ahhhh).
