There could be many reasons why you're having troubles, especially since this is your first time playing the game.
- Make sure your Fatigue is full when in combat. It is needed to be successful.

- Only use weapons that you're skilled with. In this case, make sure you're using a Short Blade.

- Many enemies are not leveled to you. This means that you can encounter very strong enemies at level 1 that will destroy you.

Sneak is very difficult to level at the start. And to be able to sneak up to an enemy and get a successful sneak attack, you will need a very high Sneak skill.
But using Chameleon or Invisible spells/enchantments/potions will be a big help.

Even with a high Sneak, getting a real melee sneak attack almost never happens against an NPC. (although much easier with a bow)

Stealth is not very easy to use for beginners, because it requires a lot of patience and leveling before it becomes useful.
You are almost always going to have to fight, as Sneak is not reliable or strong enough to take out enemies with one hit.

Another thing is that you have started with low strength and only one minor strength based attribute. Strength directly affects the damage you do.

For a new player, Lady is a better sign choice because the extra Endurance boosts your health every level and the extra Personality will allow you to buy training in Illusion if needed.

In addition, I would recommend adding either Restoration or Alchemy as a major for restore health and attributes. With Alchemy as a major, you can start making useful restore health potions right away. This can be a life saver because even weak potions can be stacked.

Your problems are typical for a new player, though. Even with slightly better stats MW can be a hard game to start. Once you understand the game a little more, things will get easier.

One little hint: drinking a sujamma before a fight will make a big difference.

yes,i'm already using short blade as my weapon but why the damage is so small.i even can't kill people in bridge towards molag war(the one that using necromance magic).

is i'm too fast to get there?(i want to go there because to complete blade first quest, and theves guild quest that must kill 5 bad people from camona tong is too hard).if i'm too fast is there a place for beginner to increase their status?

and,is there something wrong with the status that i choose?so,i can't count on just short blade?should i using bow?

I would move athletics to minor and drop speechcraft. Speechcraft will get a bonus from your stealth specialty and it's more an RP skill than a useful one anyway IMHO.

edit: As to using a bow, that's a good idea but it also gets a stealth bonus and you could buy buy training to get it from 15 (Dunmer/stealth misc. start) to 40 or so where it will be useful. You haven't mentioned your feelings about training but a moderate amount is by no means an exploit; it's specifically recommended by Caius and is a central part of the game mechanics.
