Has there ever been an Altmer with a beard? Is there something in their society that says that facial hair is outlawed? Or are they so far civilised that the idea of pubic hair on ones face is barbaric?

I think I've seen an altmer NPC with a beard but I can't remember who.

I was always under the impression that elves in general did not have facial hair.

When you're as flawless as the Altmer, why cover the sixy golden skin?

Tons have beards but no black beards/hair. Altmer in windhelm shop near blacksmith has beard.

I didn't notice he was an Altmer but yes he does have a beard . . . and a stache.
