Bosmer with a Claymore

Post » Tue Dec 24, 2013 6:08 am

So i am conflicted, I am playing a Bosmer Warrior at the moment but just found a nice dwarven claymore. Normally, i use two-handed weapons outside, and one-handed weapons in closed spaces, but It is weird with a Bosmer, they are normally the rogue-style speed characters, and it seems strange to use a claymore with him. What do you guys think, is it seriously strange for a Bosmer to use a claymore (especially considering how short they are)?

It would only show that he is strong, and especially badass for a Bosmer. B)

How good is he with the shield? If he isn't very good, it would who knows be credible for him to use two-handed weapons as well. However, if he is even close to a Block specialist, I'd say let him stick to one-handed.

A tiny man wielding a giant sword idea appeals to me though. It would look comical maybe for a second - then things would start to get ugly, and the smile is surely gonna fade from the enemy's face. :P

This. Very much this.

Personally I prefer using Warhammers with my Bosmer Fighter, as it's more "smashy-smashy" and relies on brute strength. I guess it depends on the type of warrior you want him to be.

he is fairly low level and DOES have block as a major skill. at the moment I am using the claymore and it is fun swatting enemies away in the Arena. Are Claymore power attacks stronger than one-handed ones, i cannot remember?
