I really want to have the snow fox and red fox. But all i've ever seen is a the rabbit (sofie).

1. Does getting a certain pet depend on which child you adopt?

2. If you tell your child they can;t keep a pet, will they ask again for a different one, or even ask at all?

(dogs are accepted, even the ones at Fort Dawnguard, but not the vampire ones)

Edit: Ugh, I'm not sure anymore. Your best bet is to wait for someone to prove me wrong. I haven't had many pets to begin with.

I was pretty certain of the male female differences. Though i wasn't sure if it depended on the specific child. Thanks!

As far as I know, which pet you get is random, and not specific to a particular child. I've personally seen Lucia bring home rabbits and foxes (on different playthroughs).
