The closing of a suggestive window [MOI IMPORTANTE]

Post » Fri Dec 27, 2013 3:43 pm

Ever since the announcement of The Elder Scrolls Online, people have been suggesting their ideas and comments towards the game, hoping that their ideas are incorporated into the game. it wasn't until the implication of select player views, did we fully understand that bethesda and ZOS do in fact listen to us, as well as if they find such an idea worthy, they do in fact put those ideas into the game. for the last months or so we have been taking granted this window of opportunity, using it without end. suggesting anything as reasonable as a wagon mount for the would-be caravans, all the way to stranger and more unreasonable ideas such as, in layman legal terms, children pormography. weather the idea was a great one or a terrible one, just about anything and everything has been suggested for this game. it's sad to say, but i do think this window of opportunity is closing. at least for the initial game launch, because any idiot knows they can always add and patch things within the game, right now, i am talking about the initial game and what it will launch as.

even today new members are creating topics containing their idea and hopes for the game, and while most of us are tired of hearing the same things, occasionally, the rare and outstanding idea will be added to the plate that is the forums. that within itself, is enough to continue reading through these forums. and we do. however we are in fact approaching the closing of a suggestive window and right now is the time, if any, to get all your ideas out there. i urged you all to get those creative juices flowing and come to the pedistol with your best ideas. when the game releases, i myself will be taking a week off work and school, buy a couple ounces of the finest California cannabis, and submerge myself into this already massive game. for the better or worse. i just hope that when that happens, i know the community tried their best to put their best into the game.

I am by no means saying every idea will be implemented into the game, talos, 99.9% of them wont be. but for that one new zealand mountaineer who got a brilliant idea, say, mountable wagons, and it miraculously got into the game. that within itself is enough to make me happy. i hope you guys can understand exactly what im trying to convey across. perhaps some of you even think that ''window'' has already closed, nonetheless, elder scrolls comes out in 2014, i for one, will bring up any idea worthy of mentioning. say even a mountable wagon. okay so im mountable wagon biased. aren't all caravaners?

On a side note, i am not condoning the spamming of the forums. if it should not be said, then dont say it. if it sounds like a poor a idea. it is one.

i dont think the suggestion window closes on an mmo until the servers themselves close. nothing being suggested today will make the launch game

The problem is not the lack of creative ideas the problem is they aren't being implemented sooner, and why is that? Well maybe its because there is no monitoring done by ZOS. Can be further applied to any other kind of corporation that is this scenario.

The community could probably make up a killer game on one single thread or a frikin post doesn't matter the problem is what is the next stage? Well there are answers to that aswell, and different answers both strong, and weak. Basically is that ZOS should instill the fact that this forum is being monitored, and notes are being taken whether it is feedback for ideas, or the ideas themselves.

the community would make a horrible game. if left to the community the game actually would never get down as people would fight endlessly. zos is listening most than most companies and if you dont see that then you are blind

I see ZOS employees logging into this forum every. single. day. and see them reading most of the threads around here.

Just because you aren't on the inner sanctum of knowing what the hell is happening doesn't mean ideas aren't being heard or even implemented from the player community.

I can personally vouch for ZOS as being one of the most awesome and right-by-their-community companies I've ever seen in a game, let a
