What are your traditions ? How do you ring in the New Year?

I have. Will be keeping them to myself though.

I usually spend it with my GF.

By sitting down on the sofa watching people freeze as they wait for the ball to drop. Then I call my folks and tell them that I'll see them next year.

I don't set New Years resolutions, never have probably never will.

My family did have a tradition for New Years that we are breaking this year. In the years past we would go camping in a place called Glamis in southern California. We would watch the fireworks people bring and launch (illegally of course). Then celebrate the New Year with chamepagne and apple cider.

This year I'm sticking with the old 'start going to the gym' resolution and of course cut down on the fatty foods. As for new years eve I'm going to my friends house as his mum and dad aren't there.

No resolutions and no plans for the past 20 years. I don't drink, so I sit home trying to find something to watch on antenna TV or online. Most years I'm sleeping well before midnight.

I don't do resolutions. Too much pressure.

As far as traditions go...the only one I can think of that's consistent is the New Years Day hangover.

I don't even drink so i'm usually sober, does that count as a tradition ?
