New monitor connection problems

Post » Sun Dec 29, 2013 1:10 pm

A few days ago I bought a RMA* Samsung S27B970D 27" Widescreen Ultra Thin LED Professional PLS Monitor

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-187-SA
And I can not seem to find a connection to connect a kettle plug to the monitor anywhere, is there a problem or am I just missing something?
Any help will greatly appreciated

I've searched and found http://static.trustedreviews.com/94/000023c23/c648/IMG-7584-1.jpg of the back of the base. Judging form that, you should connect the AC/DC adapter to the "DC 14V" socket. The kettle plug itself probably gets into the adapter.

^---- This. I have a 23" Samsung monitor, and it has a power brick on the cord that the kettle plug connects to. Check the packaging for the other half of your power cable.
