Pretty much self-explanatory. Do you think ZOS is going in the right direction with ESO, based on the information that has been released so far? Also, do you think ESO should be more like an MMO or an Elder Scrolls game?

Personally, while they seem to be leaning a tad bit more MMOish than Elder Scrollish, I think they're going in the right place. A lot of the TES elements wouldn't work well in an MMO environment, however it seems like they're trying to retain the core elements of what made TES so good in the first place, while combining them with many popular (or not) MMO aspects.

I'm curious to as of what people's opinions are.

I tend to agree. I have not played the betas so from the aspect of what we've told and shown so far, it is looking really good. IMO they are finding a good balance between TES and what made them so popular, and what makes a good MMO work.

If what they are talking about is actually their direction then yes. I don't want this to go the way of STWOR. Ask me again when they release information on PVE endgame.
