Say there's this game which you got bored of about halfway into it, and you decide to stop playing it, and play some other games. How often do you actually go back to that previous game?

I played Mass Effect a few years ago, then i heard about the crazily good reviews for Mass Effect 2 and went to get it. Somehow the game just didnt get much of my interest, and i stopped playing it halfway, thinking that i was just 'sick of the gameplay' and would resume it soon later.

Its been a few months and i still don't feel like playing it which is bad because in addition to the wasted coin, i keep feeling that i've got an incomplete assignment of sorts. Most (or all) of my games are fairly story based, so its pretty hard to stop it for a few months and jump right back in, because i wouldnt know bull about the current story advancement.

How many games have you abandoned till this date?

Many

I have a lot of games that I don't play anymore. :[ I really need to do something with them, and I don't think Gamestop can buy them all...

More than I care to count. I think the ridiculously low prices on Steam kind of devalues them. You'd probably put more effort into finishing a mediocre game if you paid full price for it.
