Dynasty Warriors 4. It is SO repetitive, but I can't stop playing it.

Final Fantasy 13. It's mostly due to me missing only a single achievement where I had to have every piece of equipment at one point, and I usually lose track of what I had and what I did not so I made a new game like 50th times now.
Diablo 2 is also repetitive as hell but I still play it.
titan quest off and on, erm any hack or slash really, sacred 2 is particularly repetitive
Still play Doom a couple of times every year. Mostly custom modded maps so that aspect isn't repetitive, but the monsters and weapons are the same as always and it never gets old. Good map makers really know what makes Doom tick with what's already in there and have distilled the vanilla mechanics/design into an artform.
LOTR Return of the King. It's so nice in local co-op and it still looks good.
