Ayleid steps and dummy esp frostcrag : IV

Hi, can someone explain the point of the Dlcfrostcragreborn.esp inside ayleid steps folder? I'm really curious.

I install Frostcrag Reborn
Then I install frostcrag reborn-deisolated

Then I wish to install Ayleid steps. what do I do with the dummy .esp?

It's for the "old" version of Frostcrag Reborn. Don't use that dummy esp with Frostcrag Reborn De-Isolated.
