[RELz] Longer Potion Effects

In Skyrim, potions are being treated, pretty much the same way like poisons. You won't find many beneficial effects, exceeding the 300 seconds mark.

I don't agree with this. With this mod, I've increased the duration of most beneficial effects, found on looted/bought and crafted potions. The apparent aim, is to reduce potion spamming and make these fancy bottles, matter for a change.

Two variants are available:

-12 minutes (720 seconds) increase, which keeps up with vanilla prices.
-20 minutes (1200 seconds) increase, with ~50% increased prices over vanilla.

The exceptions:

-Invisibility has been left as it was, for obvious reasons.
-Waterbreathing has only been tweaked.
-Detrimental effects (poisons) have been left untouched and I intend to leave them as they are.

Compatibility:

Both packages, contain compatibility patches for Dawnguard, Hearthfires, Dragonborn, Moonpath & Wyrmstooth. Falskaar, doesn't seem to need one.

Incompatibility:

This mod will most likely create a mess, when used with overhauls like SkyRe & Requiem.
