Worship of the Godhead

Does anyone in the Aurbis worship the godhead? The structure of Aurbis metaphysics implies that the hierarchy of authority is Godhead->Order and Chaos->Aedra and Daedra->Misc. authorities. As such, it sounds to me like the real god of the Aurbis is Anu.

I know the Altmer revere Anu as order and limitlessness, but so far I haven't seen anything suggesting they worship him. Most of the setting prefers to worship the Aedra, save for the Dunmer who prefer the Daedra.

The Prophet of Landfall, Loveletter from the 5th Era, and some of the more "high metaphysics" texts imply that the Aedra are "false gods". It just makes me wonder whether or not anyone worships the "true" god.

Why would they? The Godhead is like the Aedra writ large, either too inactive to count or crazy.

I can understand it from a matter of pragmatism, but from the standpoint of religious conviction it sounds like the godhead is the "real" god of the setting. Sort of like Eru is over the Valar in LOTR, except here Eru is an insane dreamer and the Valar are dead spirits that are stealing his worship.
